Shania Twain, a Canadian country artist, is most well known for her album "The Woman in Myself". She is second only to Celine dion as one of Canada's top-selling artists. The album she released, 'Come on Over', is her most sold country album. In 1995 she released her sophomore studio album 'The Woman in Me. She co-wrote and wrote many of the songs on the album. The album became a top-selling hit with a peak of No.1 in the 'U.S. Billboard Top Country Albums.' Shania finally released her debut album, a self-titled album, in 1993. The album was not a huge success in the U.S. but it was a huge success in Europe. She was awarded Rising Video Star of the year by Country Music Television Europe. Her 1997 album 'Come on Over' is her greatest album. It was well-received for breaking free of traditional stereotypes. It reached No.1 on the "U.S. Top Country Albums" chart. Billboard Top Country Album' chart. It became the most-sold country music album ever. Twain was married to Robert Lange, a music producer she often worked with in 1993. They have one son. She divorced him in 2010 after learning that he was having an affair with her most trusted friend. Her first hit was 'The Woman in Me' (1995). It established her as a popular country singer. The album went multi-platinum within months of it's release, and was certified as a diamond after just five years. With five Grammy Awards and the total album sales that exceeds 82 million copies around the world, she is indeed one of the most beautiful female vocalists that the world has.
