American actor Danielle [2] Born in Santa Monica, California, to musicians Lisa Marie Presley and Danny Keough and is the grandchild of actress Priscilla Presley and the singer Elvis Presley. Keough was raised by her father in Hawaii, Los Angeles and spent time with her mother in California. At the age 15 Keough began modeling. She was in Dolce & Gabriel's fashion shows, Christian Dior's, and on Vogue's cover. When she was 20, Keough was cast in an supporting role in The Runaways (2010) as Marie Currie. Following The Good Doctor (2011) and Jack & Diane (2012), she appeared in Jack & Diane (2012). After that, she was cast as Magic Mike (2012), an uncredited role in Steven Soderbergh's comedy Magic Mike (2012). Keough appeared in several additional independent films in 2012 as well, including Yellow and Kiss of the Damned, before appearing in the large-budget action feature Mad Max: Fury Road (2015), the fourth film of the Mad Max series. In 2016, Keough had her breakthrough role as a law student-turned-escort in the first season of the anthology series The Girlfriend Experience, executive-produced by Soderbergh and based on his 2009 film of the same name. The critics praised her for her role, and received an Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television. The following performance of Keough as a wayward young female in the drama American Honey (2017) earned an even greater amount of praise with an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Supporting Female. The following year, Keough played the lead in the apocalyptic-themed horror film It Comes at Night (2017) and was reunited with Soderbergh to play a role in his heist movie, Logan Lucky. In 2018, she appeared in several horror and thriller films, including Lars Von Trier’s The House That Jack Built, the Neo-Noir Under the Silver Lake and Hold the Dark. Keough was the lead character in The Lodge, a psychological horror film. Zola is Keough's comedy-drama sequel. Keough portrays the role of Sandy Harrison in Netflix's 2020 release of The Devil All the Time.
